"Stylish bags that are super tough..."
These stylish bags are super tough. I've owned mine for several years and it still looks like it just came out of the store. My son carries his every day for school and on weekends, and it’s holding up great. I really dig this brand!

"Awesome durable bags"
These bags are awesome and really tough, totally waterproof, super roomy, and stylish to boot. The owner was super helpful online when I had some questions as well.

"Poor ordering experience and subpar product"
The bike pannier I received isn't really made for its intended purpose. The company won't take responsibility for what’s clearly a design issue; there’s no stiffener at the back, causing the bag to snag on the wheel, and the clips just aren’t sturdy enough. It’s pricey junk now. I posted a negative review on their site, and Jacqui responded with an offer for a free product. Honestly, I just want my money back so I can get a different pannier.

"Great Support from the Team"
I ran into a small problem with a product I got from Goodordering. Even though I've seen mixed reviews, I found Jacqui to be super responsive and quite helpful. We sorted out the issue, and she was really understanding. I'm glad I decided to buy from a local business that genuinely listens to feedback and strives to fix customer concerns. I'd definitely buy from them again without a second thought.

"Ordering Was Fine, Delivery Not So Much"
Ordering went smoothly, but the delivery was a whole different story. Communication was lacking, and customer service was pretty poor. It took more than four weeks for my bag to show up. I received incorrect tracking info not once, but twice. Jacqui didn’t respond to about half of my messages. She did offer a discount as an apology, but ended up refunding only a small part of that. I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but I was really disappointed with the service and would recommend you think twice before purchasing from a place that doesn’t seem to care about its customers.

"Back This Independent Brand!!!"
I heard about this brand from pals who visited their shop in Hackney, and I was super eager to check out their product selection. Since I took up cycling during lockdown, I had been searching for a versatile Pannier bag that could also stand its ground off the bike. Honestly, the design, practicality, and craftsmanship of this bag blew me away.

Since I couldn't swing by their store before my last trip, I gave them a call and chatted with the owner, Jacqui, who was super helpful.

I can't recommend this enough!

"These panniers for backpacks are fantastic!"
These backpack panniers are quite the game changer! I got one as a present and I couldn't be happier with it. It's super handy in all sorts of scenarios. I did run into a minor problem, but the customer support was top-notch and offered a great fix. I definitely suggest giving them a try.

"A letdown with..."
A letdown with Goodordering.

I get that these times are tough for a lot of businesses, especially the smaller ones. But when they didn’t send me a face mask and then just brushed off my follow-up emails, I had no choice but to file a (successful) complaint with PayPal.

It’s a bummer because I really like supporting small businesses, but I won’t be going back to Goodordering.

"Innovative Products and Outstanding Customer Support"
A few months ago, I picked up two Monochrome bags from Goodordering, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how well-crafted and adaptable they are. You can rock them as backpacks, pannier bags, or tote bags. Being a newbie to pannier bags, I had a bit of trouble getting them clipped onto my bike rack properly, which led to one of the clips breaking. I reached out to Jacqui, and she was super helpful, providing me with some great tips and even sending a replacement clip at no cost. I totally recommend this company for their creative, well-made products and top-notch service.

I made a purchase but sent it back, however, I really enjoyed the whole experience. The team is super friendly and genuinely cares about hearing what customers think to enhance their offerings. I'd definitely shop here again without a second thought since I can tell I'm working with folks who have great intentions and run a solid business.

"Adoring my yellow rolltop"
I’m totally adoring my yellow rolltop backpack/pannier. It’s tough, really well constructed, and holds a ton of stuff. Choosing between the red and black was a bit of a challenge, but I’m really pleased with what I picked. I highly suggest this company - they’re awesome to work with and their products are beautifully crafted.
